"Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place."

We can be grateful that God always makes it possible for Jesus Christ to lead us to victory. God also helps us spread the Good News about Jesus everywhere. This knowledge is like the smell of perfume that spreads everywhere making people glad.

The Message Bible says: "And I got it, thank God! In the Messiah, in Christ, God leads us from place to place in one perpetual victory parade. Through us, he brings knowledge of Christ. Everywhere we go, people breathe in the exquisite fragrance."

Wherever we go, God uses us to make clear what it means to know Jesus. God manifests through us the sweet aroma of knowing Him. He extends that fragrance of the knowledge of God through us like sweet incense filling the air. Even when we are in contact with the smelly parts of this life the aroma of God still radiates. You see it isn't just on us it's in us.

Today's Thought to Take With You:

God is leading me today in such a way as to make what I know about Jesus a sweet fragrance to those around me.
