And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land. And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.When Abram obeyed God and took that first step, then God said, "Now that you have obeyed Me, I can give you some new information. I'm going to give you this land."

If you take the step God has given you, then God will give you the direction you need for the next step. Don't ask God for new revelation when you haven't acted on the revelation He's already given you. In the kingdom of God, knowledge builds upon knowledge. If you don't operate in the first set of knowledge, God is not going to give you the pearls of the second set of knowledge.
You have to step out and obey God! You have to say, "God, I am just going to trust you." When you do that, you'll receive another Holy Ghost download.
