Does the Bible teach that witchcraft and other such practices are wrong?

Yes, the Bible teaches that witchcraft, sorcery, spiritualism, and other related practices are wrong. Christians should not practice them.

Let's look at one of many sections of Scripture which informs the believer that these practices are not acceptable before God.
When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.

Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you.... The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the LORD your God has not permitted you to do so.
(Deut. 18:9-12, 14 NIV)
The Bible doesn't deny that there are other spiritual powers available. There are evil spirits who enable people to do supernatural things. There are also a large number of fake practitioners who operate in these realms.

We're told not to practice these things, nor to draw information from those who do so. God wants us to draw from the supernatural abilities of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12:1-31; Rom. 8:14).

God's power far exceeds the power of the devil and his evil spirits. God will never disappoint us while the devil always will at some point.
