Where did the giants mentioned in the Old Testament come from?

The Bible clearly reveals this answer in Genesis 6:1-4 (NKJV):
Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.

And the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years." There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came into the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
The sons of God mentioned in this text are angels (see Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:1-7). Specifically, they are fallen angels.

God cast them out of Heaven and they began to pervert the earth. A super race was formed when they had relationships with women. Goliath (the giant David fought) originated from this race (1 Sam. 17:1-54).

These fallen angels did this before and after the flood of Noah. David and his army killed all the giants during his kingdom's reign. I believe this is also revealed in Jude 1:6. The angels left their proper domain when they committed these acts.

God put them in chains and stopped other angels from doing the same thing. I also believe that this is the root of Greek mythology (although not all Greek mythology is correct). There actually were beings - half man and half supernatural - that roamed the earth.
