"The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand; and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow" (Deut. 28:12).

This year began under an Open Heaven for those who align themselves with the will and purpose of God.

What can such a person expect as they live under an "open heaven"? According to our verse above, we can see that the good treasure of the Lord is in heaven. Just as natural rain brings fruitfulness to the ground, so does spiritual rain bring fruitfulness to the life of the believer.

It brings a blessing to bear on everything you do. This will cause you to prosper so that you will have no debt. In fact, you will prosper so much that you will become a lender to the Nations (one who blesses the Nations)!

How can you get the heavens to open for you? The secret is found in Matthew 3:13-17. This is where Jesus came to John the Baptist and asked to be baptized. John was hesitant because he knew Who Jesus was. But Jesus said, "Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness" (Matt. 3:15).

In other words, Position yourself in right standing with God. Fulfill righteousness. It is becoming fit and right for us to do what pleases God. This, Beloved, will open the heavens for you!

This is the principle that is evidenced in Malachi: "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it" (Mal. 3:10).

No Limit
Bring the tithe into the storehouse - which is the local church (not the television, radio, or convention ministry). Bringing your tithe is what opens the windows of heaven.

We want the windows open, but we want more. Much, much, more! We don't just want a window open; we don't just want a door open; we want the floodgates thrown back leaving only a completely open heaven!

An open heaven will bring everything mentioned in Deuteronomy 28:12, and everything mentioned in Malachi 3:10 along with what Jesus experienced at His baptism, including:

1. Heavens Open! The treasures of the Kingdom are now available, reachable, and realized.
2. We will see the Holy Spirit. Our spiritual eyes are opened like never before.
3. The Holy Spirit descends. Revelation comes! His guiding Presence is stronger than ever.
4. We hear the Voice. The voice of God is now clearly heard. Our direction is clear, distinct, and specific so that we can obey without any doubt.
5. We are affirmed by the Father as His own. He will say, "You are my beloved child," and reveal you to the world.

Now, nothing is impossible! Glory! Open Heavens bring us everything necessary for success in life. There is absolutely no limit! Nothing can stop us from living a holy, victorious, productive, fruitful, exciting, life as we walk out the perfect will of God!

Nothing, that is, but ourselves.

We will have to encounter and take dominion over greater obstacles and stronger opponents (Matt. 4:1).

The great Good News is that "it is written" guarantees our victory if we will stand in faith believing. Greater victories do take greater battles, but the good fight of faith is worth the results.
