"He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him" (Ps. 91:15 KJV).

To operate in Psalms 91, you have to have the name in you. It can't be something you heard about. Your authority in the name of Jesus must be something you know about. You have to walk in the name and know for yourself how to use the Name of Jesus.

Remember what happened to the seven sons of Skeva in the nineteenth chapter of Acts? They had seen Paul cast out some devils, and they said, "We can do that too." So they found a man possessed with a devil, and they said, "Come out of him, you devil, in the name of Jesus whom Paul preaches."

And the devil in the man said, "Now I know Paul, and I definitely know Jesus. But who are you?"

And the man in whom the demon resided in leaped on the seven sons of Skeva, beat them, stripped them naked, and sent them out into the street bleeding and wounded. They used the name, but they didn't know about the authority of the name.

They acted on what they heard somebody else say in the name of Jesus, instead of having the name inside them, having meditated on the name, knowing that name for themselves.

Now the scripture says that he shall call upon me. He shall call upon God. Who? He is the one who loves God first, putting God first in all that He is and does.

That man or woman will call upon God in prayer. This is someone who will come before God daily in prayer; this is a prayer warrior; someone who spends time in prayer before the Lord daily. God says, I know about him, he's going to call on me, he calls on me everyday. Not once in a while, but every day.

To receive all the blessings of Psalm 91 you have to know God. You must be a man or woman of prayer.

Call upon Him daily through praise and worship before Him, and through study and meditation in the Word of God. And you will see His deliverance in your life.
