In Romans 3:3-4 it says,
What if some did not believe and were without faith? Does their lack of faith and their faithlessness nullify and make ineffective and void the faithfulness of God and His fidelity to His Word? By no means! Let God be found true though every human being is false and a liar, as it is written, That You may be justified and shown to be upright in what You say, and prevail when You are judged by sinful men.
Taken in context of this whole chapter, the Apostle Paul is talking about righteousness through faith in Jesus Christ compared to righteousness by keeping the Levitical Law.

Only One Way
He is saying in verses three and four that regardless of what man says or thinks, there is only one way to become righteous or in right-standing before God the Father, and that is through belief and acceptance of His Son, Jesus Christ.

But the thought that I would like to expound on is the fact that what God says is true and whether or not we have faith to believe it does not change this fact.

In Mark 16:15-18, Jesus said,
Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Amen! Aren't you glad that they shall be saved? Aren't you glad they shall cast out devils and speak with new tongues? Aren't you glad they shall recover? Yes, of course we are glad. But how long is "shall"?

Basically, shall is as long as it takes!

So how long is your "shall"?

God is true and every man who speaks contrary to His Word is a liar. I know that as long as you stay in faith concerning a promise of God that you are standing on, you will receive your answer. The problem here is, how much time do you have?

Some need to see their physical need met as soon as possible because it may be a matter of life and death for them.

How To Shorten Your 'Shall'
You see, God's Word is always true and it will always produce what it promises. God is not limited to a time schedule, we are. Therefore, we must take time to put God's Word in out hearts every day and then meditate on it continually, because you never know when you are going to need one of His precious promises in manifestation immediately.

This is what helps us shorten our "shall."

Faith comes by hearing and hearing God's Word (Rom. 10:17). It takes faith to believe the promises of God. It takes knowing intimately the Promiser.

If you don't know how faithful God is; if you haven't experienced His faithfulness, then your "shall" is going to take longer to receive and you may not have the necessary time it takes to establish getting to know His faithful character.

Be prepared! God's promises will always produce what they promise.

According to Thayer's Greek Lexicon, the word "shall" means: "what is sure to happen; absolutely." An example of this would be found in Romans 8:38-39 where the Apostle Paul is speaking about the Love of God. He says,
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, will absolutely be able or shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
How long is your "shall"? Let's try to keep it as short as possible by working our faith muscles everyday. Don't wait until you get slammed by your adversary and then start working out. Be prepared!

Winners are prepared and remain prepared…and you're a winner.
