Your job as a man and woman of God is to pray, stay in faith and run the race set before you! I had a friend call and she is very upset about the economy and what is going on; she does not know what to do. However, our hope and faith is not in the economy. You read story after story in the Bible about the people of God and how God changed things for them.
When Daniel's friends (in Daniel 3) were commanded to bow down to the king's idol, they refused, even with the threat of being thrown into the burning fiery furnace as punishment for their disobedience. They said "no" to the world's ways of doing things and defied the king's orders. They boldly declared that their God would deliver them.
God did deliver them, but not from being thrown into the fire, instead their deliverance was from being burned while in the fire. In fact, Jesus got into the fire with them.
Many times we manufacture our version of how we should be delivered in our own minds. But God has ways beyond our ways and if we trust him completely, He will not only deliver us, but also will use it to change leaders' hearts, and the laws of the land. But we have to stand in the midst of attacks to see this power released.
God is taking care of His people! You can prosper in this economy! You can speak the Word of God and change the situations and circumstances around you! What you are facing is about to change. You are an overcomer, so overcome it. God is always, "just in time"!
God is our provider and we live from His abundance and blessings! He can make much out of little, He will provide supernaturally. This is the victory that overcomes the world...even your faith.
Remember, what God does for you, He wants to do through you. Once you have emerged victorious, you will know how to help someone else do the same! Go for it!
