The Apostle Paul taught, "With good will, render service, as to the Lord, and not to men" (Eph. 6:7 NASB).

When customers receive just what they expect, they will be satisfied. Go further, and strive to delight your customers with service, value and quality.

The goodwill you build up will retain your customers, gain more repeat business and build your business with referrals.

I make enthusiastic referrals when I have been delighted as a customer.

Strive not to meet, but to exceed customer expectations, and watch your business grow.
