Moses taught, "You shall not curse...a ruler of your people" (Ex. 22:28 NASB).
Gossip is revealing or repeating information about your boss that is designed to make you feel better; at the same time, however, that information tears down the boss.
If you have a grievance, talk with your boss directly and endeavor to resolve the issue.
Then, leave it alone. Don't discuss it with others.
The consequences of gossip are always negative to the boss, the company and yourself.
Avoid gossip, resolve your concerns directly and morale will improve.
