The apostle John said, I have "many things to write you, I do not want to do so with paper and ink; I hope to come to you and speak to you face to face" (2 John 1:12, NASB).
Today, e-mail has many advantages; it's quick, inexpensive and provides a written record of our mail and responses received.
However, when you have exchanged more than three e-mails on the same issue, call or visit the person and clear up the misunderstanding.
Your communication will improve as you use e-mail wisely.
