We all have natural and spiritual needs. God promises us He will meet all of our needs according to His riches in glory, not according to anything else. Besides the financial need, which is one main reason women work, we have other needs such as recognition, the need to be valued and feel important, and the need for relationships.

In addition, we have spiritual needs such as feeling important in His Kingdom and feeling loved and accepted by Him. God is interested in every detail in our lives and in meeting each one of those needs. But we also have to do our part by seeking Him, thanking Him, giving to His Kingdom, and asking Him for what we need.

God gives us recognition for who we are. Many of us seek approval from others when all we need is His approval. He approves of us because He created us. God knows we are important, not only to Him but to others as well.

He also knows how crucial it is for us to develop relationships so He helps us by putting people on our path. He wants to meet each of those needs. Even though He knows what we need, He wants us to ask Him in faith, knowing in our hearts that He will meet our needs.
