Confessions for a Virtuous Woman

by Taffi L. Dollar | Articles, Christian Living

Faith-based confessions bring into existence those things God promised. To confess means “to speak the same thing.” As you confess what God says about you, the evidence will manifest (Isa. 44:26).

Here are some confessions to help you on your way to becoming a virtuous woman:

I am a virtuous woman. I am capable, intelligent, trust-worthy, dependable and supportive. I am clothed with strength, dignity and anointing.

I am an excellent representation of Christ in my relationships, my dress, the words I speak and in my total being. I am a woman after God’s own heart. I have all things that pertain to life and godliness.

Jesus and the Holy Spirit dwell in me; therefore, I am equipped to carry out God’s purpose for my life. You know what’s best for me, and I trust You. I make a decision to align my will with Yours.

I commit to spend more time with You. Help me to remember that submission is for my protection. I repent where I have not been willing to submit. When I repent, You are faithful and just to forgive me and to cleanse me of all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

I will operate neither dishonorably nor rebelliously because it will hinder You and Your anointing from intervening on my behalf. I receive the release of Your anointing to do, with excellence, all that You desire. I declare this to be so now in Jesus’ name.

Amen.
