Are you an encourager on the job?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Are you an encourager on the job?

Job was told, “Your words have helped the tottering to stand” (Job 4:4, NASB).

Our company colleagues will become discouraged at times. You can help by finding genuine, real encouragement to lift an associate during a tough time.

Your peers may need your encouragement, but also consider a positive comment to your staff to balance previous constructive criticism.

Also, look for ways to encourage your boss when he or she has a rough day or difficult circumstance on the job.

Your encouragement will lift staff morale and move your company forward.
