Check out the competitor’s web site and stop by their store, restaurant or business. Get a feel for how they do business and provide quality and customer service.
Consider placing a trial order if practical. See how they treat customers.
Don’t do anything illegal or unethical, but check them out.
Then you can act proactively in your business to move ahead.
