Jesus said, “Take care what you listen to” (Mark 4:24, NASB).

Money will not come into any organization unless a sale is made.

We may be removed from direct contact with many customers, depending on the size of the company and our job.

See the business from the customer’s view and find a way to listen directly.

Make sales calls with the sales department, learn directly why customers buy or reject the product.

Listen to what customers like most and least about your firm.

Develop a customer perspective for success!
