Do you make efforts to strengthen your weaker employees?
Job was told, “…you have strengthened feeble knees” (Job 4:4 NASB).
A temptation we may have as supervisors is to invest all our time into the strongest performers.
However, save some time to encourage and strengthen your more marginal staff.
Any business is weakened by the performance of the weakest team member.
Identify your weakest staff member, and then identify one area to help him or her improve work performance. Then work with that person.
Offer teaching and encouragement as he or she makes progress, and your business team will be strengthened.
