Don’t Hold Back

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

When asked for your perspective, do you offer a viewpoint or do you fudge?

Paul wrote, “I give you my opinion in this matter” (2 Cor. 8:10 NASB).

Often our boss or co-workers will ask us for our perspective.

Don’t hold back if you know the answer or believe you have information to share.

Your viewpoint is important.

Outline your ideas and share any concerns. The best decisions are made with full input from all team members.

Your participation as part of your business team will increase your value to the company and help make better decisions.
