Have You Ever Had A Vendor Disregard Your Complaints?

by Steve Marr | Articles, Business

Have you ever had your complaints disregarded by a vendor?

Scripture teaches, “Do not reprove a scoffer, lest he hate you” (Prov. 9:8 NASB).

When a service provider falls down on the job and you lodge a complaint or request an adjustment, monitor how that vendor reacts.

If they are defensive, argue or push the blame inappropriately back to you, you will never establish a positive, accountable relationship with that vendor.

Seek out new vendors who better meet your needs. Don’t waste your energy battling with those who continue to avoid responsibility, and your efforts will become more productive.
