"The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together" (Rom. 8:16-17).

In order to be healed, we need to be sure of the answers to certain questions: Is it God's will for us to be healed? Does He want us sick for a purpose or to teach us something? Does God have anything to do with sickness or disease?

The only way we can find out God's will on any subject is to read the "will" He left for us.

You see, suppose I had a wealthy relative who died and left not only an inheritance to me, but also a will explaining what was in the inheritance. I could sit back for years and say, "I wonder what the will says. I wonder what's mine in the will. I wonder what's included in the will." Or I could go read the will and find out what belongs to me!

It's the same with God. Jesus provided an inheritance for us because God first appointed Jesus heir of all things. Hebrews 1:2 says that God "hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds."

God made Jesus the heir of all things, and we're joint-heirs with Him. But we need to read the will to find out what God's will is. The New Testament is God's last will and testament. It tells us what belongs to us as children of God.

So is it God's will to heal you? Do you want to know for sure? Then take the time to read His will and find out!

Confession:
My Father wrote a will to tell me what is mine, and He sealed it with
the blood of Jesus. It tells me that healing is a part of my inheritance.
Because the will is now in effect, healing belongs to me now!
