(Rom. 5:1 KJV)
We stand acquitted of all charges laid against us. We have been justified or, declared righteous by faith in Jesus Christ. It's because of that awesome provision that we now have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. All the charges against us have been dropped and our record is now clean as a whistle in Christ.
The Message Bible says: By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus.
Jesus Christ has put us right with God and the obvious result of that is we are filled with and ruled by the peace of God. Peace is an absence of turmoil. No longer do things we face in daily living steal our joy or our sense of relationship with God. Loving us was God's idea. So we can now have its benefit to the paramount degree.
I am free of all accusation and all charges laid against me. I have been made acceptable to God by faith.
