But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.
(James 1:6-8)
The scripture says, "Let him ask in faith." Faith is important. The only way you can get that total insight and can see the true nature of things is for you to ask in faith.

A man who is double-minded is a man who doesn't function in patience. You start out on the Word of God, and then, Satan comes along and gives you contrary information. He keeps giving you contrary information, and before you know it, you are caught between two things; and you don't know whether you should stand and fight, or if maybe you should retreat, or what you should do.

The Word says you will receive nothing of the Lord. You'll be just like the waves, driven with the wind and tossed. That is the way a lot of Christians are - driven with the wind and tossed, up and down, up and down, up and down. They are up today and down tomorrow.

Up One Day, Down The Next?
One day, they are praising the Lord joyously, and the next day, they can barely mutter, "Praise the Lord." They are up and down just like a roller coaster. They are double-minded Christians. They haven't learned to function in the force of patience. They haven't learned to stand on the Word of God and not be moved by what they see or feel, but only to be moved by what they believe.

Once you ask for insight, the way in which you conduct yourself from that moment is: "Thank You, Father, I believe I have it in Jesus' name. I see the enemy's whole plan of war against me. I see his ambush, and I give You praise for it."

Praise Will Break The Cycle
You can't see a thing in the natural, but you begin to worship and praise Him for it. Praise is an expression of your faith in God. Begin to praise your Father - " Father, I thank You that I have that insight."

I've gotten it in many different ways. There have been times I was riding in the car, and boom, here it came, or I was sleeping in bed or was in my office, and it came. God will reveal it to you in some way. He may give it to another man or woman of God, and they will tell you.

A lot of people try to tell God how to do things. "Now, Father, if You are going to bring me wisdom and total insight into this financial attack against me, and this money is going to come to me, it has to come through my job. I can't see any other way," they say. God didn't say to look for a way. He said to function in patience. And, He said a man who doesn't function in patience is a double-minded man.

God can do things in ways your mind has never conceived. You would never dream it could happen that way, but He does it that way. I have seen God do many things which just totally amaze me.

Wisdom Brings Victory
I thank the Father I've already received the whole total picture. Any temptations, tests, or trials that come my way, I say, "I thank You, Father, that the wisdom of God is on the inside of me; and I ask for that wisdom to rise up and live big in me right now. I thank You, Father. I believe that I received the whole, total picture right now in Jesus' name."

We'll pull the wool over Satan's eyes. We'll see what he's doing, and we'll walk around, and we'll stomp him out. That's the reason God said His church would be victorious - because we have a spy in the enemy's camp.

That spy hears everything Satan says, sees everything he does, and then speedily comes to us and gives us all the information; and we just keep ambushing his ambush. And, he wonders where we get our information. All the time we are marching saying what God says. We are more than conquerors (Rom. 8:37). We are world overcomers in His light (1 John 5:4).

Stop saying you don't know what to do. Stop saying you don't understand what is happening and begin to say what God says about you.
