Words, God speaking words created the world. He sent His Word and healed them.
By Faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose by the Word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.
(Heb. 11:3)
Mark tells us to speak (words) to the mountain and it shall be moved when you believe. Words are powerful.

Our ministry headquarters are in New England. Now, I have just found out that people and ministers have been calling New England a preacher's graveyard.

I ask you, if the world was created by faith-filled words and God has given us the same word to speak, why would people pronounce death over New England when God desires to give life and give it more abundantly?

What has been spoken over you, your family, your city, or state? Is it abundant life? If not, you need to change your thinking and speaking.

An Example Of One Man
Back in the sixties when I was a Spirit-filled minister and pastor in Alabama. There were three towns that joined one another. In one of the towns there was a drugstore with a restaurant in it.

The owner was a well-known businessman in the area. He went around all the time praising his town and telling everyone how prosperous and wonderful it was. When he died, so did the town.

Oh it is still there, but not flourishing the way it was. The town's people were the same. What made the difference, all the people or that one man?

All it took was one man. He believed in his town and spoke what he believed. How much more of a difference should we be making in our cities, towns, and countries?

You see when that man died there was no one left to light a spark of faith in the people to catch the vision of success. After he was gone the people began to speak death over the town.

The neighboring towns followed suit. But in all reality there was no reason for that to take place. We really do rule and reign in this life, however, we need to take stock and make sure that what we are speaking and agreeing with are what we want and what God desires.

Whose Report Will You Believe?
Who sets your vision? Do circumstances, people, or your experiences? What have you heard all of your life? Is it really true? Is it bigger than El Shaddai? I think not! Today let the Word of the Lord set the scene and the outcome.

Believe Him. Believe His report. The first generation of the children of Israel didn't. They ended up wandering around the desert after God delivered them out of Egypt.

They let their experience and how things looked determine their destiny; as a result, they never made it to the Promised Land.

What is determining your destiny and the destiny of your life, town, and country? If you are there you can make a difference. If you are making a difference, don't fling away your fearless confidence. Hold firm to it all the way to the finish line (Heb. 3:6 AMP).
