A Double Dose Will Do It!
He is always in a good mood. He is just high! People used to accuse me of being on drugs because I am always happy. But, I'm telling you when you have a double-dose of the Holy Ghost, you just can't help it!
You don't serve a schizophrenic God. (Is that kewl or what?) Come on; let's be real! Did you ever wake up in a bad mood? Hey! Our God is not a moody God! Yeah! Aren't you glad God is not like you? (Well…I am!)
Godly Uppers
The flesh is a downer, but the Spirit is an upper. You need to go to your prayer closet and take a few uppers. When you get out in the world and get those downers comin' at the flesh, just go into your prayer room and get a couple uppers. Get in the Spirit of God! It puts you in a good mood!
In the 90s there was a lack of stability…a lack of self-esteem and self-worth. Did you know that every 45 minutes in America a teenager takes his or her life? Suicide!
That statistic is just those that actually took their own lives. That's not counting the attempts! Psychologists say that the number one reason teenagers take their own life is because they have a poor self worth!
It doesn't have to be that way! God is saying, "Listen! I know My plan, I revealed it to you, get into my Spirit and you will know that there is stability in your life, for such a time is this."
There is stability! The stock market goes up and down, our government goes up and down…the world is going up and down! But, there is stability in your life because God is stable! (Isa. 33:6).
He is not a double-personality psycho. He is stable and He is always on high!
I think we need to be always on God's high. As a good friend of mine, Steven Houle, always says, "There is no high, like the MOST HIGH!"
