For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him: "he utters mysteries with his spirit."
(1 Cor. 14:2)

What are mysteries? Mysteries are things we don't know. Sometimes we don't know exactly what steps to take and what moves to make each day to fulfill the plan God has laid out for us, and nobody in the world can tell us!

As 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 says, "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him'—but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit."

When you pray in the spirit, you'll get answers. The answers to your circumstances will rise up inside you. You'll get a word, a sentence. You'll begin to understand things you've never understood before!

God has things for us that are so much better than what we can imagine that we can't even figure them out. If we pray in the spirit, we'll get beyond what little we know and get into what God knows. Spend time praying in the spirit every day. Tap into what God knows. Receive wisdom from heaven, and unlock the mysteries of God's plan for your life!
