Did you know that the fullness of the Spirit of God—and an overflowing of the enduing (or influence) of power—is what causes people to reach out and bring those who are lost into the fullness of the Holy Spirit?

That well of living water inside a believer becomes a river that pours out to bless others. The infilling of the Holy Spirit is the door into the fullness of walking in the many manifestations of the Spirit.

It is by the Spirit of God that you rise up and, according to Matthew 17, speak to the mountain of need in someone's life and tell it to be removed.
If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
(Matt. 17:20)
It is by the Spirit of God that you speak to that person who is not well and say, "Be healed in the name of Jesus!" It is by the Spirit of God that you speak to the enemy, Satan, and tell him that he will not prevail in someone's life—that only truth will prevail.

Signs and wonders follow those who believe as it says in Mark 16:
And these signs and wonders shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
(Mark 16:17-18)
We should not go out seeking signs and wonders, but seeking Jesus. If we concentrate on developing the fullness of the Holy Spirit inside us, in the outpouring, the signs and wonders will come.

We Must Know Him
The reason that the power of the Holy Spirit is not fully operational in the Body of Christ today is not because God has not done what He said He would do in the Bible. The reason is that believers have not done what God told us to do—to know the Spirit of God.

We cannot have the power of the Holy Spirit operating in us when we do not know Him.

Perhaps you are a child of God and you are born of the Spirit of God, but you have not experienced the fullness of the Holy Spirit—being "filled" with the Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. If you are not familiar with what I mean by that, I will explain.

When I say "filled," I mean what Acts 2:4 says, "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

If you want to experience this fullness by receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, just pray and ask the Father God to give this to you. Believe that you have received the Holy Spirit.

Now you should have a desire to speak words of a language other than your own. Lift your voice and begin to speak those words of that other language to God. Don't let your mind get in the way. You may not understand what you are saying, but God does.

Now go and use this new-found power to bless and reach out to others.
