Is it right to use all the different instruments in a church service, or should we use only the piano or organ?

It doesn't matter which instruments you use in a church service. Whatever musical preference or taste you have is fine with God. God wants us to worship and praise Him out of our hearts. This can be done on any instrument. The Bible gives permission to use all types of instruments in our praise and worship services.
Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise Him with the lute and harp!

Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with high sounding cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Praise the LORD!
(Ps. 150:1-6)
According to verse six, the instruments that are listed are acceptable to God, as well as anything that has breath, or that can make noise. King David, who is credited with writing the above Psalm, created many musical instruments and then used them to worship God.
And the priests attended to their services; the Levites also with instruments of the music of the LORD, which King David had made to praise the LORD, saying, "For His mercy endures forever," whenever David offered praise by their ministry. The priests sounded trumpets opposite them, while all Israel stood.
