Can God give us strength to enable us to live our daily life? If so, how does this happen?

God can and will strengthen us, enabling us to live our daily lives beyond our own strength. Scripture declares:
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall.
(Isa. 40:28-30 KJV)

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
(Phil. 4:13 KJV)
Both the Old and the New Testaments declare that God gives us strength. He is one who never faints, gets weary, or has any lack. It's wonderful to know that He's willing to share His strength with us, but there is something we have to do to receive His strength.

"But they that wait (spend time in His presence) upon the LORD shall renew (literal Hebrew means to exchange) their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isa. 40:31 KJV).

If we spend time daily in the presence of the Lord, a great exchange will take place. We give God our strength as we praise and worship Him, and He gives us His strength, which enables us to endure and not faint.

God can strengthen us in such a way that we will be able to live victoriously in any situation, and walk through any problem. The most productive thing we can do is to spend time in the presence of the Lord.
