I hear ministers say that we should enter into the throne room of God and worship. How can we do this?

The Bible teaches that we can enter into the throne room of God, not only to worship Him, but to also fellowship with God.

"Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body" (Heb. 10:19-20 NIV).

In the Old Testament the priest entered into an earthly Most Holy Place. This was symbolic of the throne room of God. This is where the priest offered animal sacrifices. However, we can enter into the actual Most Holy Place - Heaven - because of the blood of Jesus that has cleansed us.

The only way we can enter into the presence of God is by faith. We simply enter in by faith as we see ourselves in His presence. I imagine myself standing before God when I'm aware of Scripture that describes the throne room of God. Here are two of my favorites:
At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it. And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carlian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne.
(Rev. 4:2-3 NIV)

After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

And they cried out in a loud voice: "Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God.
(Rev. 7:9-11 NIV)
