I'd like to know if the Bible has anything to say about the subject of test tube babies? Is it moral to have a baby conceived in a tube, then implanted into the woman?

According to the Bible, the only part man plays in the conception of a new life has to do with the flesh or body. The spirit and soul are created by God and placed inside of the natural body when it is conceived by the physical union of a woman and a man.
For You created my inmost being (spirit and soul); You knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place.

When I was woven together in the depths of the earth [spirit and soul are made outside the body, then placed in it], Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!
(Psalms 139:13-17 NIV)
If the physical union is replaced by a test tube conception, the results would be the same since man would only be helping conception take place. The sperm and egg cause the natural body to be conceived when they join inside of a womb or in a test tube.

I think that this procedure is fine if used correctly. It can give a married couple a child of their own when nothing else will work. God is still creating and placing the real person inside of the body.
