"By the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me."
- 1 Corinthians 15:10

Did you know that you are God's favorite? Well, you are! The Apostle Paul wasn't just using a figure of speech when he talked about "the grace of God" in today's verse. He was referring to a very real power that was operating in his life. That power can also be called favor.

Even though we've disobeyed Him and done wrong, He hasn't turned away from us. God is determined not to lose us.

He said He would personally help you do everything He's called you to do—more that you can imagine—if you'll allow Him to be Lord of your life. That's what grace is all about!

I'm really just scratching the surface here, but study your Bible and you'll get what I'm saying—so much so that the truth will become very real to you and make you very bold. The longer you spend time studying it, the bolder you will get.

I've had people accuse me of being on an ego trip because I talk boldly about what God will do for me; but I'm not bragging on me, I'm bragging on God.

When you start to really understand grace, you'll have that same kind of boldness. You must reach out and grab God's promises by faith because you know they're promises to you. Romans 4:16 says, "The promise comes by faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham's offspring." Galatians 3:29 says, "If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise."

God's promises belong to you just as much as they belong to Jesus!

How can that be? By grace—that's how!!

You want to see great power? You want to see miracles happen in your school? You want to see your classmates taking hold of the Word? Then, reach out for a true understanding of grace. It will shake your life!
