"And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof" (Gen. 2:19 KJV).

God created mankind to imitate Him. Adam was to call forth the beasts of the field and fowls of the air, just as God called forth the earth and all that is in it. He is now calling on this man to do as He did.

Now when we read "...and God said...," the Hebrew word means: call, command, name, or declare. So God called; God commanded light to be. God declared it and it was so.

In Romans 4:17 where it says God calleth those things that be not as though they were, that Greek word means "call forth." God calls forth those things. It has a companion word that means to "urge on, to hail, or to incite by words, to command or to order."

So God incited action by His words. And He was requiring Adam to do the same. He did it and told Adam, "now do as I did." He was doing the same thing with Adam, that I did with my boy many years ago. I showed my boy how to ride a bike and then had him follow me.

He watched me do it several times. And then I had him get on his little bike and said "now you do what I did." After falling down a few times he finally got it. He had an image in his mind. He saw his daddy do it so he is going to keep on going. Then I got on my bike and rode beside him.

Well that is what God did with Adam. God made the mannequins and told Adam, "now you call forth." Adam is a speaking spirit just like God. Man has the ability to speak, and he is the only thing on earth that has the right to do it. And Adam called one forth and said it was a horse. And that thing then "neighed" like a horse. He called another animal forth, and called it a cow. It then "mooed" like a cow, because whatever Adam called it, that is what is became.

You are a speaking spirit just like God. Jesus said we should speak to the mountain and it should obey us. So whatever you call your situation, that is what it is. You call yourself healed, and you are healed. You call yourself safe, and you are safe. You call restoration to your house and in your house. When you call it what God calls it, then it shall come to pass.

Incite action in your life with your words!
