Father, You are my stronghold and my fortress. You are my God; in You will I trust. I will not be afraid of any terror by day or night, for You are always with me.

Lord, You are a shield about me to protect me. You are my light and my salvation - whom shall I fear? You are the stronghold of my life - of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men come to destroy me, they will stumble and fall!

I can have peace in my heart because perfect love casts out all fear. You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Your Word promises me that no evil will come upon me, no accident will overtake me, and no disease or tragedy will come near my home. And You have promised me that no weapon aimed at me will succeed. So I will be strong, courageous, and fearless. Thank You for angels to keep me safe in all that I do.

Father, You have promised Your children a sweet, peaceful sleep, so I thank You that I can rest at night free from fear or nightmares. You give me peace and rest; Jesus is my safety. Thank You for protecting me.

In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
To remind yourself of God's protection, read Psalm 91 and Psalm 23 often.
