Does Satan always work through the woman in a Christian home to bring attacks into that home?

Many things can open the door and enable the devil to have more of a place in a Christian home. God's Word states, "Nor give place to the devil" (Eph. 4:27). The husband or the wife can open doors up to the devil.

The devil is given place in a Christian's life whenever he or she walks out of love or practices sin. Walking out of love, or practicing sin, makes a Christian powerless. If a husband and a wife aren't walking in unity, even their prayer life will be affected.

"Likewise you husbands, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered" (1 Peter 3:7).

Most problems in Christians' homes are a result of the husband not living the Christian life. Most wives want to serve God and live for God. If one of the mates decides to serve God, and live a righteous life, the home can be protected.

However, we still live in the world, and many times it is no one's fault when trouble comes. The devil will attempt to destroy our lives and we need to make a decision to resist him when he does.

The Apostle Paul was single and he had more demonically induced trouble than Peter who was married. His marital status did not matter; Paul served God and the devil tried to destroy him.

Anyone who lives in the flesh will have troubles come their way. I'm so glad God will deliver us from all of them (2 Tim. 4:18).
