Don't allow yourself to become stuck in the trap of constantly worrying about what people think or say about you. Proverbs 29:25 says that "the fear of man bringeth a snare"—a snare that often comes in the form of an offense.

If you are ensnared by fear of people, you will only be able to go so far in God before you get jerked back by that snare, just as a leash limits a dog's reach.

For instance, someone may say something negative about you that hurts or offends you. As a result of what that person says about you, you may choose to pull back from doing what God has called you to do.

Personally, I don't want to be limited in my life by a fear of people. I want to go all the way in God. I want to do all that God has called me to do.
