How can I convince people who haven't accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior that they need Him? I've shared and shared with them, but they don't believe.

There are some people who will not believe our message. There are others who have heard and have not yet believed, but one day they will.

However, you and I cannot convince them! The Holy Spirit is the One who convinces people that they need Jesus as Savior. The Bible emphasizes the role of the Holy Spirit in John 16:7-11.
But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor (Holy Spirit) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

When he comes, he will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: in regard to sin, because men do not believe in me; in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; and in regard to judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.
(John 16:7-11)
The Holy Spirit has the ability to convict a person of sin. When people fail to believe in Jesus, the Holy Spirit reveals their sin problem. He can also let them know that they will face a judgment.

Our job is to share the good news. When a person doesn't believe the good news, then we have to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to convince them. It's time for you to pray for these people, releasing the Holy Spirit in their lives.
