I don't like to see believers living in lack, not having enough to meet their needs. You shouldn't have to stress over paying bills, worried that your electricity may be turned off.

Regardless of your situation, you don't have to live in the cycle of lack and not enough. Be encouraged! Jesus purchased your freedom from the curse of poverty, sickness and spiritual death (Gal. 3:13 AMP). He redeemed you from the curse of the law!

Imagine God telling you,

If you listen to Me and do whatever I tell you to do, My unlimited blessings will overtake you. Your journey through this life will be prosperous. You'll be blessed wherever you go. You'll give birth to blessed children. You'll reap a harvest from every financial seed you plant. You will increase in material wealth and blessings. You'll have real estate and fully-furnished mansions. Your bank accounts will be overflowing with money. And you'll never have to worry about a thing!

You can live this way. This may sound farfetched, but that's exactly what God promises believers in Deuteronomy 28. According to verse 8 in The Amplified Bible, He will "command the blessing upon you in your storehouse and in all that you undertake. And He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you."

Not only has God commanded His blessing over your storehouses (bank accounts), He commanded it over your entire life. He notified all of heaven and hell that you have the right to live under His commanded blessings.

A Cloud Of Blessing Is Following You
There is a cloud of blessings following you wherever you go. Experiencing its downpour in your life, however, is conditional. Throughout the Book of Deuteronomy, God's message to the children of Israel was simple: "Believe in Me, do what I say and you'll be blessed." He told them, "Choose My blessing or choose the curse" (Deut. 30:19).

The Israelites had to make a choice: they could succeed or fail. This message applies to you as well. You too must choose between the power to succeed or fail. Do not become distracted by what others are doing and saying.

Don't allow others or even your will to cause you to live outside of what God's Word instructs. Make the Word the final authority in your life - base everything that you do on what it says.

Begin spending time with God daily by praying and reading His Word. This develops your ability to hear from Him.

I know my daughters' voices and they know mine because of the time we've spent together. Getting to know the Lord's voice is no different (John 10:27). The greatest feeling in the world is knowing that you can speak to God and hear from Him.

Keep in mind that God's spoken Word will always confirm His written Word. Don't do anything that would hinder you from being showered with God's blessings.

Show me a man or woman who hears from God continually and does what He says, and I'll show you a person who is blessed.

Those individuals live above the circumstances and are drenched in heaven's blessings! How willing are you to live beneath God's showers of blessings?
