Quit saying, "Nothing good ever happens to me." You are highly honored and favored of God. That's the reason the Apostle Paul calls you the elect of God. One definition of the word "elect" is "hand picked."

You are hand picked by God. God accepted what Jesus did at Calvary; therefore, He accepted those for whom Jesus died and has made us righteousness. You are in right standing with God; therefore, expect to walk in His favor.

I walk in humility, but at the same time, I expect to be favored. I expect doors to be opened for me that might not be opened for someone else.

I expect to be blessed coming in and blessed going out. I expect to be blessed in the city and blessed in the field. Do you understand what I'm saying? Not because of what I've done but because of what Jesus has done.

You are an ambassador for Christ. Stop and think about it. Ambassadors of nations are highly favored and get preferential treatment. When they represent their nation, they get preferential treatment. They ride around in big cars with flags on the fenders, and they have escorts leading them to the embassy. Why? They are ambassadors.
