God's ability to work on your behalf is unlimited. The Amplified Bible translation of this verse says God "…is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]."
Just imagine the highest, the richest, and the best that the world has to offer. God is able to do superabundantly, far above anything you can imagine. The important thing to know is that He wants to do this for you. God desires far more for you than you could ever dream.
You get what you expect. Make it a practice to ask God for the greatest and the highest of all your desires. Then acknowledge that you expect exceedingly abundantly above what you have asked.
Usually the vision of a normal person is far below God's ability to bless him or her. If that is you, ask God to expand your vision and increase your level of expectancy.
There are no limitations with God. He knows no boundaries. What is impossible with man is always possible with God. (Luke 18:27.)
The fact that God wants to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think does not make it automatic. You must believe and receive by faith. Stand on this promise for the superabundant blessings of God—they belong to you. Don't settle for barely getting along or just enough. God wants you to have exceedingly abundantly above that.
