The Apostle Paul wrote, "that no man transgress and defraud his brother...because the Lord is the avenger in all these things..." (1 Thess. 4:6, NASB).
Even with the best intentions, we may shortchange a customer by mistakenly quoting a wrong price, by billing too much, by using less material on a job than estimated or by making an error that we expect our customer to absorb.
Make any necessary customer adjustments to avoid the Lord avenging the situation, and keep your customers happy with your work.
