When seeking a new job, are you careful to determine if the new position matches up with your personal objectives?

King Solomon wrote, "A worker's appetite works for him, For his hunger urges him on" (Prov. 16:26 NASB).

Each of us will bring different motivations into the workplace.

Before accepting a job or promotion, determine the three most important factors to you. While money is important, consider other factors.

For some, commissions and incentive pay is key, others like flexibility while still others prefer the possibility of more time off.

Determine the key motivating factors to you and then land a job that offers those motivations, and you will be a happy, productive worker.
