Do you invest in employee training or just figure that job experience is enough?

King Solomon wrote, "Prepare your work outside, and make it ready for yourself in the field; Afterward, then, build your house" (Prov. 24:27 NASB).

We must invest in our staff first before we expect productivity.

Putting staff on the firing line without adequate training creates three problems.

Fist, mistakes cost a business money. Second, customers also pay a price through errors and poor service. Finally, the new employee loses morale by feeling like a failure.

Invest first in training and build a great team.
