Do you insist staff members work as a team?

The Apostle Paul wrote, "Reject a factious man after the first and second warning" (Titus 3:10 NASB).

Teamwork and harmony are key to business success. When an employee demonstrates a contentious spirit and torpedoes team work by causing unreasonable staff division, confront the situation.

State the problem, the result and what behavior must change in the future.

If the problem persists, repeat the process and state the consequences of future contentious behavior. Then follow through if necessary.

You will assemble team players who will grow your business.
