Peter wrote, "...I shall always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them..." (2 Peter 1:12 NASB).

Employees may not remember key items, even if they were furnished in writing. Consider timely reminders to avoid future contention.

If summer vacation requests need to be in by May first, send out a reminder two weeks early as a heads up.

Consider other reminders and place them on your calendar to generate a notice.

Your proactive action will increase employee morale!
