Do you keep your staff fully informed of your plans?

Jesus said, "...you know the way where I am going" (John 14:4, NASB).

Your staff can't effectively follow your leadership unless they clearly understand where you are going.

Spend time, preferably weekly, and share where you are going, how you plan to get there, and how the work of each person fits in with the department or business goals.

Discuss if progress is on target or falling behind.

Managers often assume staff understand the situation, but often they don't.

Be clear and direct for great teamwork from your staff.
