Do you delay a decision, even when all the facts are in?

Isaiah wrote, "Give us advice, make a decision" (Isaiah 16:3, NASB).

Each decision contains two crucial elements.

First, gather the facts and listen to wise counsel and staff. Next, make the decision.

Some decisions like policies, pricing, office layouts or making staff committee assignments are changeable in the future.

Better to move forward than to wait forever.

Gather the facts, listen to relevant counsel, and then act and make those decisions.

Your business will move faster and smoother toward success.
