Are you harboring grudges against co-workers?

Scripture instructs, "Hatred stirs up strife..." (Proverbs 10:12, NASB).

If we keep resentments against others, sooner or later our resentment will surface into a clash.

When we feel anger over any issue, first ask, "Is my anger justified?" If not, release your anger.

If anger is justified, go to that person and state your concern and ask for a correction to be made. Most times the issues can be resolved quickly.

Follow this guideline, and your attitude will be right and you will be a peacemaker.
