Scripture reminds us, "Watch over the path of your feet...Do not turn to the right or the left" (Proverbs 4:26-27, NASB).
Diversions abound in everyday business life, and the difference between drifting from a key task and getting it done is focus.

Start earlier to knock out a task, change lunch hours to work when the phones are quieter, or place the key item first on your agenda, even when you don't want to.
