Moses instructed, "when you go to war...against the adversary who attacks you,...you shall sound an alarm..." (Numbers 10:9, NASB).
When a competitor goes after your customers or otherwise takes a run at you, start reacting by sounding the alarm within your company.
Identify the threat, list any weaknesses in your business and act quickly to shore up those weaknesses in your operation.
Next, identify any weak spot with the competitor.
Communicate completely your plan for victory to your entire staff.
Then turn that attack into victory!
