When training staff, do you leave the door open for follow-up questions?

Jesus was teaching, and "the disciples began questioning Him about this again" (Mark 10:10, NASB).

When training staff, effective managers allow ample time for questions.

Be prepared for the same question, asked different ways, to be asked several times. Teachers know effective learning is often confirmed by the quality and quantity of questions.

Establish a method of addressing questions after the training, as additional questions will surface later. Invite inquiries by phone, memo or e-mail for best follow-up.

Inspire and encourage questions for effective staff training.
